The Vessel Oracle opens our heart. The Deck: Sometimes the most sacred messages come to us in the most innocent forms, and once again Mary Elizabeth Evans reveals that truth through her spirit-warming Vessel Oracle. There are definitely days where, rather than dig into the depths of my soul, I want to fill it with hope, and gentleness, and simple clarity. This is a deck I will turn to again...read more

I am so excited to share this month’s Inspired Women post of my dear bestie, Mary Allison Wright. There is nothing quite like watching your friends step into their creativity, their power, and the fullest expression of who they are. That is the honor I have had of witnessing first hand with Mary’s ambitious growth and establishment into the wine world and beverage community. Mary’s passion is undeniable and her attention to learning and perfecting her craft has been an inspiration to me and those that know her. But the most inspiring thing about Mary is how she...
This summer I have been focusing on nutrition and exercise. Which means I decided to finally make a real effort to meal plan my work lunches more. It saves me time, money and helps me keep my nutrition on point. I still allow myself a lunch out during the week to catch up with a friend or grab my favorite BYO poke bowl, but this lunch packing system has really making bringing my own lunch fun, easy and stylish. Built NY has a various collection of lunch bags, and they are my favorite that I found when shopping for my bag. I mean, if I am going to pack my lunch,...
One of my big summer goals this year is to go on more day hikes on the weekend. Colorado’s mountains are an endless playground and living in downtown Denver, I am at the gateway of so many trails. Part of my strategy for actually waking up on a Sunday and hitting the trails instead of brunch is keeping my day pack well-stocked and ready to go.

Our resident spirituality expert Rory Lula McMahan offers up her monthly insight into what this new moon cycle holds for you - and how to make it work for you. The Deck: Vessel Oracle The Draw: Movement, Power, Rest The Vibration: The time for holding back has come to an end. The last few months have enclosed you like a dark tunnel, forcing you to step with constant hesitancy - or even keeping you from taking steps at all. And although you knew it was leading somewhere, the forced restriction at times felt downright unbearable. But now, suddenly, you...read more
It was so exciting to open up my art studio a few weeks back for Denver Arts Week. Now that my gallery is closed, I have been deep in the creative process and my new art studio is such a sacred, private space. So I had a blast being able to open my doors to an intimate crowd and show off my new creative space. The coolest thing about the location of my studio is that it is onsite of a local distillery, Ironton Distillery. Since I love a good theme, we themed the event, “Gin and Jazz” and were able to showcase two gins that were made on site. We also served a...read more

Our resident spirituality expert- Rory Luna McMahan uses Mystic Mondays Tarot gives colorful insight for the spiritual walk. The Deck: From my very first glance, I was immediately drawn to the beautifully intense color palette of Mystic Mondays Tarot. At my next glance, I became enthralled with the defined simplicity of its imagery. (Grace Duong's Devil card for instance, is a frankly brilliant depiction of that often misunderstood archetype.) This may not be the most accessible deck for newer readers wanting clear guidance from the images themselves, but for...read more

The Deck- Mystic Mondays Tarot Deck The Draw: 6 of Pentacles, 7 of Swords, 2 of Pentacles The Vibration: It is very important to find balance this cycle between giving and receiving.
