Full Moon DIY: Ladies Night-In with Wine and Cookies

With this current lunar cycle being ripe with change, it’s important to take some time with comfort food and close girlfriends to nourish your spirit. I suggest a ladies night-in with wine and cookies, which gives me the opportunity to introduce you to my favorite gluten-free chocolate chip cookie recipe using browned melted butter.

Open Studio Party

Last Saturday I welcomed some of my dearest friends and collectors to celebrate my newly expanded studio space at Ironton Distillery’s Artist Studios. Expect to see a lot of new pictures and in-process moments in this new art studio this summer, as I have a large new project that I am looking forward to starting soon. And let’s just say this: I plan on using every inch of this new studio to make this project come to life.

Lunar Readings 🌙 : NEW MOON IN GEMINI, AND THE LUNAR CYCLE FROM JUNE 3-JULY 2

Our resident spirituality expert Rory Lula McMahan offers up her monthly insight into what this new moon cycle holds for you - and how to make it work for you. The Deck: The Moonchild Tarot The Draw: 4 of Cups, 5 of Pentacles, Ace of Cups The Vibration: There are divine gifts available to us now, truths and possibilities that could change everything about everything. Spring Style: Floral Skirts and Graphic Tees

Spring Style: Floral Skirts and Graphic Tees

We finally had some Spring-like weather in Denver this past weekend and I have no complaints. It may be time to pack away the winter boots (let's hope)! As we wish for the snow to actually be over, let's talk spring style. I love a good graphic tee and this is an item that you can easily incorporate into your wardrobe in the spring and summer months as well. For this look, I paired one of my favorite band tees (similar here and here) with a feminine floral skirt (similar here). I love the contrast of the rugged tee with a more feminine skirt. I threw on my go-to...

Mezcal Negronis

Mezcal Negronis

In honor of Cinco de Mayo, I am excited to share my newest favorite tequila-based cocktail, the Mezcal Negroni. Negronis are a classic Italian cocktail that usually consist of gin, Campari and vermouth. I am all for a strong cocktail so I love this story. And I love this take on the classic Negroni. Mezcal offers a smoky note to the bitterness of the Campari. It is truly one of my favorite patio sippers.
