Just like that, the holiday craziness is in full swing.  I am headed to the airport today, I’m sure like many of you. This year we are spending Thanksgiving in Hawaii so instead of preparing the turkey, I’ll be sipping cocktails on the beach. But before we set off, I like to do a little preparation to get my immune system ready to take on all of those airplane germs. I have a few immune boosting hacks for holiday travel so being sick won’t get in the way of your plans.

Hand Sanitizer: This is Birdie and he might just be my new best friend. This adorable hand sanitizer is made with soothing essential oils and nourishing aloe vera, so you will feel clean and fresh. Plus, this little guy holds 10 dry wipes in his base, all you need to do is spray the sanitizing liquid onto a wipe and you have a fresh towelette where ever you go!

Collagen: If you don’t know already, I am a huge fan of Vital Proteins. You are able to buy most of their products in individual packets, which is perfect for travel.  Just throw a few in your bag and enjoy it at your gate, on the plane, or anywhere really. This beauty collagen contains Hyaluronic Acid and Probiotics for hydrated skin and good gut health.

Vitamin C: Okay, this one might be a no-brainer! I like to start taking Vitamin C for a few days leading up to my travel It is packed full of essential electrolytes and it works to boost your immune system to fight off in-flight germs.

Tea: Bring a tea bag on the plane with you so you can take a moment to de-stress and relax, just ask the flight attendant for a cup of hot water!

B12:  This little vitamin helps keep the body’s nerve and blood cells healthy. It also helps to prevent anemia which makes people tired and week.  Take this to stay alert an energized while you’re on the go.

Colloidal Silver: I am curious, how many of you have heard of colloidal silver? I feel like this might be the least known item in the roundup. It is basically a cure-all because it can be used for so many different things but it mainly works to boost your immune system and fight bacteria viruses.  They recommend for immune building to take 3 doses per day.
