Let’s talk healthy and easy lunch shall we? I have become a huge fan of these quick wraps for at home or at work. I love these gluten free wraps because they are filling but also leave you feeling vibrant and not tired which is so important when you have a busy afternoon ahead of you. These wraps combine our avocado hummus recipe with avocado, green apple, butter lettuce and sprouts for a delicious all green GF lunch on the go! These gluten free Siete chia tortillas are so delicious and they work really well cold without needing to heat up. (Scroll down for link to shop.)
When I take them to the gallery, I simply make two and put in my to-go glass ware in the morning and give the wraps a nice squeeze of lemon on top to keep fresh. And I will also do the lettuce of the bottom of tortillas to keep them from getting soggy. I also sometimes just throw the ingredients in there separately and assemble when ready to eat. (Just cut apple and avocado half once ready to serve.)

Apple & Avocado Hummus Chia Wraps
These wraps combine our avocado hummus recipe with avocado, green apple, butter lettuce and sprouts for a delicious all green GF lunch on the go!
- 2 Siete Chia Tortillas
- half an avocado
- half a green apple thinly sliced
- 1 cup chopped butter lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Avocado Hummus
- 1/2 cup any sprouts I prefer broccoli or clover
- squeeze of lemon
To assemble the wraps, spread the avocado hummus first. One tablespoon on each tortilla is what I prefer, but you can always add more. Next add lettuce followed by the sliced apple. Add sprouts and 1/4 an avocado to each tortilla to finish.
