We all love avocado toast. It’s an easy breakfast, a great pre-workout snack, lunch, or basically just anytime food. Here are three of my favorite ways to make avocado toast. One sweet, pickled beets with goat cheese.  One savory, tomato, basil and balsamic vinegar. And one nutty, miso tahini and hemp seeds.

  • 1 ounce crumbled goat cheese
  • half an avocado
  • one piece Canyon GF 7 grain bread toasted

  • 1 heirloom tomato of any kind, sliced
  • finely chopped basil leaves
  • half of an avocado
