With the summer heat and high temperatures I have been loving this dress from Uzi. It’s light weight, flowy and a one and done kinda outfit. Uzi is a NYC label that originated here in Denver. Designers Mari Gustafson and Dave Ball began the line on Colfax Blvd and now are out of Brooklyn, New York. Their clothes are light weight, minimalist design and ever so effortless. You can shop their collection at Goldyn or on Goldyn’s website. Here I dress it up with these crazy amazing shoes from Rachel Comey. (which are on sale on her website) I have also been wearing this dress with espadrilles and birkenstocks. This dress is also my new favorite thing to wear on a travel day. I wore it on the plane to go to the beach the other week and it was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever been on a plane.
Here I am casually strolling through my rose garden. My peach roses are in full bloom right now and they smell heavenly. I have been bringing vases inside and the smell permeates the room. I just spent hours dead headed and pruning my rose bushes this weekend and look forward to watching these babies continue to grow well into the fall.
Cheers to rose gardens and fabulous shoes!
