This past Sunday I welcomed a bunch of inspiring women to my art studio to shoot Denver’s edition of the nationwide art project, Unity in Color. The shoot was produced by Lily Marsh and photographed by our own Sara Ford and her brother Tyler J. Ford. It was a perfect way to spend the last day of my art studio before moving out of the space. Unity in Color is an artistic photography series about women showing their strength in diversity and at the same time their solidity in standing for Women’s Rights. Yellow and gold are worn to symbolize early American, feminist movements. This shoot was coordinated with International Women’s Day. To see other cities editions like Los Angeles and Chicago, check out the Unity in Color website.
